Our Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna is a dry and warm treatment that emits near, mid and far infrared rays. Far Infrared waves penetrate through the skin into the soft tissue raising core temperature and increasing heart rate. This stimulates detoxification, weight loss, boosted immunity, reduced blood pressure, better circulation and improved cardiovascular health. Full spectrum rays in addition are good for localized pain relief, cell health, skin renewal, and wound healing. Near infrared rays trigger improved mitochondria function which results in more oxygen pumped into bloodstream helping to reduce damage to the system.
