I came for the moon meditation class with Jas in the healing salt cave and it was phenomenal. When Jas speaks she has a sense of calm in her voice. The salt cave was the best that I have been to (been to another one and it wasn’t as good as this one). It’s actually worth the drive to this new and relaxing spa. I loved it and I am sure that you will too.

GO NOW. We all need a little pampering and the ability to breathe a little easier. Shantee will give you that and more. The staff are incredible and make you feel nothing but welcome and comfortable. They offer amazing services in a sparkling clean salon. The Salt Cave was the coolest thing I have ever seen and so refreshing and the Hand and Foot Detox was so relaxing. So many services offered and the price is absolutely right! Specials on now too! Thank you so much!!! I can’t wait to come back!

Brought my Mom here as a Christmas gift and we experienced the salt cave. It was fantastic, it looked beautiful inside, was relaxing and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. They sell nice little items that helped us finish our xmas shopping. I can’t wait to do this again and try other services. This was a fun mother/daughter activity!

I had such an amazing experience in the salt cave. It was my first time visiting a salt cave and it felt really refreshing. I was in awe at the cave and how beautiful it was. It was cool but inviting, there is such a relaxing feeling and it feels quite peaceful to just sit back in the lounge chair and let your mind just drift. You can taste a bit of the salt in your mouth after a while and then you can take a deep breath and feel rejuvenated. The decor is amazing, very inviting. I love the variety of products they have available. I bought the goats milk soap, incense and the salt rocks which I soak in water and drink each morning to start my day. Very refreshing. The service is excellent, the owner is very friendly and accommodating, definitely worth experiencing, can’t wait for my next visit!!

I purchased a few gift items from their shop..so happy with my purchases. Great quality incense, jewellery and goat milk soap! Plan to try out their services soon! The owner was very approachable and kind. I was impressed by the customer service as she explained her products and services offered. I loved the atmosphere of the building, very cozy and calming. Very nice interior, clean and welcoming..will definitely recommend this business to friends and family..great gift ideas for their services (reiki, massage, aesthetic services and salt cave as a girls spa day) and products (jewellery, salt products etc).

This is my favourite place in town. So pleased you found Port Hope! Warm, welcoming, healing. I attend several times a week for the hand and foot detox which is very therapeutic for my chronic inflammation and pain.

I am in love with the energy I felt there. From the moment my friend and I walked in; all time stood still. Our time was perfect in the Cave. Amazing. I am taking my husband next, I purchased a few items that spoke to me as gifts and the bath salts were just the same. Intensely satisfying.

I spent 1.5 hrs in there before I actually noticed a minute go by. I don’t want anyone to go because I want them to myself but Something this Good is meant to be Shared with EveryOne!!!!. if you get the chance definitely don’t give it a second thought. go. maybe I will see you there 🙂

Took my wife here for a date. I booked a halotherapy session in their beautiful salt cave. $45 each for a 45 minute session. Total $90 plus tax. We were greeted warmly and given booties to wear into the cave. Reclining lounge chairs were very comfortable and we were given plush blankets. Temperature was 68 in the cave. Music was sound healing I believe. 20 minutes into the treatment I noticed I could breathe better. My wife was breathing deeply from her gut.

We talked and laughed and the time flew by. We were offered water afterwards. I bought a handmade incense box and a pendant for my wife. First incense that doesn’t make her cough. Prices were excellent and the environment was beautiful. Enjoyed supporting this local business and will return. I’m thinking a family session with a walk across the street at the park, stream and old downtown. The place next door seemed like an excellent dining spot.

very inviting and pleasant. The owner Jas has done a fantastic job of renovating this home and turned it into a place of peace and tranquility. The salt cave where we did our meditation was cool so we had warm thick blankets to keep us snuggled up and comfortable while Jas led us in setting our new moon intentions. It was so comfortable I fell asleep and I normally don’t fall asleep.

Jas is definitely a forward thinker as she provided us with all journals and pens as well as a gift of a jar of salts and a crystal. I found the price to be reasonable considering the amount of effort and all that we got not to mention that we’re in a salt cave. Definitely a must try! I would give 10/10 stars if I could as Jas also provided us with a choice of tea or coffee. A must visit for anyone especially for the salt cave.

I had an amazing experience. Right from the moment I walked in it felt like I was in a sanctuary. I loved all of the services I received and the staff was super friendly. My facial made my skin glow. I didn’t have pedicure since pre-Covid and it felt so good to treat my feet. Indian head massage was heavenly. I had a breakthrough during my energy session with Jas. It helped me make peace with some situations in my life and connect with my soul. The salt cave was very relaxing and cleansing.

It was the best “me day” I had. I left feeling so relaxed and energized. I will definitely come back again. Thanks for such a wonderful and uplifting experience!

Had my first salt cave experience today. I don’t have respiratory problems but I could feel my lungs were much clearer afterwards. It’s actually hard to describe. It’s an amazing feeling. I’m already booked to go back!

After a stressful and painful week I decided to pop in late Friday afternoon to check out the salt cave. Thankfully I was able to get an appointment. I laid in the peaceful environment with my eyes closed and breathed deeply for 45 minutes. I can not tell you how amazing it felt. My eyes dried, I breathed better and felt great! It was calming and better then a massage. The staff was amazing, kind and didn’t rush me out. I am so thankful for this experience and can’t wait to go again!
