Cancellation and Return Policy
SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY
In the case of a cancellation, you must notify Shantee Healing at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you fail to notify Shantee Healing, you will be charged 50% of the charges applicable to your scheduled appointment. If you fail to provide notice and do not show up for your scheduled appt, you will be charged 100 % of the charges applicable to your scheduled appt. Services are non-refundable once rendered.
WORKSHOP, RETREAT, EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
All workshops, retreats, and events require pre-payment to register and secure your spot at Shantee Healing. All workshops, retreats, and events are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend due to circumstances you may transfer your spot to another client. It is your responsibility to have someone take your place and receive your payment from them.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE
All product purchases made at Shantee Healing are non-refundable & non-exchangeable after 10 days of purchase. To receive a refund or exchange for any item, the original receipt must be presented, and item must be unused within original packaging. All jewellery and crystal sales are non-refundable and final sale.
GIFT CERTIFICATES ONLINE OR IN PERSON PURCHASE
All gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.
Online Gift Certificates must have ORDER NUMBER written under Gift Certificate Number or Purchase Receipt must be presented at the time of redemption.
Gift Certificates purchased for a “package” must be redeemed by the expiration date. The value of the Gift Certificate will not expire and can be used towards a product or service at Shantee Healing.
