Join our Reiki Level One Workshop and connect to Reiki Healing Energy!
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭:
You will learn about Reiki, the history of Reiki, and the Reiki Principals as per the Usui Reiki Tradition
You will be given a Level One Reiki Manual
You will be introduced to the energy centres/ chakras
You will guided through an energy building meditation
You will receive level one reiki attunements
You will learn self healing techniques and practice in class
You will learn how to give a reiki healing session on another and practice in class
This workshop will be interactive, and allow for questions and open discussions to help you on your reiki journey
The intention for this workshop is to connect you with Reiki healing energy so that you may create your own regular reiki practice for self healing and empowerment as you connect to the universal life force
